Order Processing Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed and successfully paid before 18:00 (6:00 PM) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 (6:00 PM) will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 days.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within France only.

Shipping Fees

For orders with a total amount below €79, a shipping fee of €7.99 will apply.

For orders with a total amount of €79 or more, free shipping is offered.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.
